Ny Stokkerup

Ny Stokkerup is a historic former country house located in Springforbi, Lyngby-Taarbæk Municipality, just ten kilometers north of Copenhagen, Denmark. Built in 1933 for Bøje Benzon by architect Henning Hansen, it replaced an earlier house from the 1860s. The estate features the Moon Bridge, a protected structure from a garden designed by Carl Theodor Sørensen in 1934. The area has a rich history, originally named after a small village dissolved in the 17th century, and has been owned by notable families, including the Hage and Benzon families. Visitors can appreciate the unique Basque architectural style of the house and explore its historical significance.
