Japanese Friendship Garden (Ro Ho En)

The Japanese Friendship Garden, also called Ro Ho En, is a traditional Japanese strolling garden located in Steele Indian School Park that opened in 2002. It was developed to promote cultural exchange and features koi ponds, a tea house, stone lanterns, and seasonal plantings. The garden is maintained by a nonprofit and hosts cultural events such as tea ceremonies and seasonal festivals.
