Newell D. Johnson House

The Newell D. Johnson House, located at 428 Lexington Street in Waltham, Massachusetts, is a stunning example of Queen Anne architecture, built in 1894. This 2+1⁄2-story wood-frame house features an octagonal tower, decorative cut wood shingling, and elegant fluted porch posts, making it one of the most elaborate homes in the Piety Corner neighborhood. Originally constructed for dentist Newell Johnson on the site of the historic Sanderson House, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1989, highlighting its significance in the area's architectural heritage.
