Charles Penn Edmunds House

The Charles Penn Edmunds House is a historic Federal-style brick house located in Barren County, Kentucky, near Beckton. Built around 1836-37, it showcases distinctive Flemish bond brickwork on the front and common bond on the sides. The house was constructed by Charles Penn Edmunds, grandson of Captain William Edmunds, who originally received the land as a military grant. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1983, making it a notable site for tourists and researchers interested in early American architecture and history.
