Orchestra Hall (Max M. Fisher Music Center)

Orchestra Hall is the concert hall home of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra and originally opened in 1919. The venue is noted for its acoustics and historic architecture and now forms part of the Max M. Fisher Music Center complex. Orchestra Hall is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and regularly presents symphonic concerts, chamber music, and educational programming. The hall has been the site of landmark performances and community music initiatives throughout Detroit’s cultural history.
