Kolaportið

Kolaportið is Iceland's only indoor flea market located in the historic Customs building near Reykjavík's harbor. Open on weekends, it offers a unique shopping experience with a variety of goods including second-hand records, clothing, antiques, and books. Food enthusiasts can sample traditional Icelandic delicacies such as fermented shark, dried cod, and whale meat. Established in 1989 and relocated in 1994, Kolaportið is a vibrant cultural hub that is currently seeking a new location due to upcoming changes in its current facility.
