Starling Grange

Starling Grange, now known as Starling Hall, is a historic former Grange hall located in Fayette, Maine. Built in 1879, this charming 2-1/2 story wood frame structure has been a vital part of the local community for over a century. Originally serving as a social and civic venue, it was expanded in 1900 to accommodate its growing membership. The building features a symmetrical facade with a distinctive entry vestibule and a large meeting hall upstairs. After the Grange chapter disbanded in 1987, the town took ownership, and the hall has since been rehabilitated and is maintained by a non-profit organization. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2016, making it a noteworthy stop for tourists and researchers interested in local history and architecture.
