Marathon Music Works (former Marathon Motor Works factory)

Marathon Music Works is a concert venue housed in a restored early-20th-century brick factory that was originally built for the Marathon Motor Works automobile manufacturer. The Marathon Motor Works complex manufactured cars in Nashville from about 1908 to 1914 before the factory later fell into disuse and was redeveloped. The venue preserves industrial architectural features and regularly hosts national and local music performances, private events, and community gatherings.
