The Mount, Fleetwood

The Mount is a historic pavilion located in Fleetwood, Lancashire, England, built between 1902 and 1904 by architect Decimus Burton. This Grade II listed structure, perched on a sand dune overlooking the Irish Sea, features an octagonal dome with a copper roof and has played a significant role in Fleetwood's maritime history. Originally serving as a coastguard lookout and a signal station for the port, it also housed a meteorological station.
