Ohio History Center - Native American collections and repatriation

The Ohio History Center houses one of the state's largest collections of Native American artifacts, including prehistoric and historic tools, pottery, and ceremonial objects from Indigenous cultures across Ohio. The Ohio History Connection, based at the center, administers those collections and has conducted repatriations of human remains and funerary objects under the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA). The center regularly offers exhibits and educational programs focused on the histories and lifeways of Ohio's Native peoples.
