KENI Radio Building

The KENI Radio Building, an Art Moderne structure completed in 1948, is a historic site in Anchorage, Alaska. Designed by architect Augustine A. Porreca, it originally served as the home for KENI AM, the city's second radio station. The two-story reinforced concrete building, once owned by Cap Lathrop, also included three apartments. In the late 1990s, after the radio station relocated, the building was transformed into a private residence by new owner Gregory Carr, making it a unique blend of history and modern living.
