Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial - outdoor room installations

The Franklin Delano Roosevelt Memorial on the Tidal Basin is a 7.5-acre site organized as a sequence of four outdoor 'rooms' representing each of FDR's presidential terms; the site includes large cascades, pools, and multiple bronze sculptures of FDR. The memorial integrates excerpts from his speeches carved into stone panels and is intended as a landscape-scale, narrative installation. The memorial is administered by the National Park Service and opened to the public year-round.
