S. Higgins Farm

S. Higgins Farm, also known as Shady View Farm, is a historic Victorian-style house located near Odessa, Delaware. Built around 1865, this two-story frame house features a unique four-bay facade and an off-center tower with a pyramidal roof, all resting on a stuccoed brick foundation.
