Keeler Building

The Keeler Building, located at 56 North Division Avenue in Grand Rapids, Michigan, is a historic former furniture exhibition building listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2017. Originally constructed in 1911 and expanded in 1913, it served as a showroom for prominent local furniture manufacturers. Over the years, it transitioned to office space, housing tenants like Michigan Bell Telephone and Western Union. After a period of vacancy, plans were initiated in 2017 to renovate the building into apartments. Architecturally, it features a seven-story brick design with Chicago school influences and offers 140,000 square feet of interior space, making it an interesting site for both tourists and researchers interested in local history and architecture.
