G. B. Hodge Center

The G. B. Hodge Center is a charming 878-seat multi-purpose arena located in Spartanburg, South Carolina, primarily serving as the home for the USC Upstate Spartans' basketball and volleyball teams. Opened in 1973 and named after one of the university's founders, it is notable for being the smallest arena in NCAA Division I men's basketball. The center made history by hosting its first top-25 ranked opponent in December 2018, marking a significant milestone for the university's athletic program.
