Scientists' Residential House

The Scientists' Residential House, also known as the Residential House of Science Workers, is a notable building located on Neftchilar Avenue in Baku, Azerbaijan. Designed by architects Sadig Dadashov and Mikayil Useynov in 1946, this structure is recognized for its significant contribution to the architecture of Soviet Azerbaijan during the post-war era. It features a unique town-planning arrangement and is strategically positioned facing the Bakhram Gur monument.
