Designed by the notable architecture firm Napoleon LeBrun & Sons, the building features Victorian Gothic elements and a distinctive cast iron façade. After serving as a fire house until the late 1960s, it transitioned to a church before being converted into a multi-family residential building in 2022, achieving Passive House certification. The renovation preserved its architectural charm while adding modern living spaces, making it a unique blend of history and contemporary design.
