Philadelphia's Magic Gardens

Philadelphia's Magic Gardens is a large-scale mosaic art environment and non-profit museum created by artist Isaiah Zagar that includes an indoor gallery and an adjacent outdoor mosaic labyrinth spanning roughly half a city block. The site is covered with mosaics made from tiles, bottles, mirrors, and found objects that Zagar and collaborators installed over decades. It serves as a notable example of urban folk art and community-based public art preservation in South Philadelphia.
