Smith Tower (completed 1914)

Smith Tower was completed in 1914 and was one of the earliest skyscrapers constructed on the U.S. West Coast. Its granite-and-limestone façade and interior features, including the historic 'Chinese Room' observation space, reflect early 20th-century design and luxury finishes. The building retains an observation deck that offers views and a tangible link to Seattle's commercial expansion in the pre-war era.
