Reussdale

Reussdale is a historic heritage-listed former private house and current function center located in Glebe, Sydney, Australia. Built between 1868 and 1870 by architect Ferdinand Reuss, it showcases a blend of High Victorian architecture with Italianate and Free Gothic influences. Recognized as possibly the earliest example of its architectural style in the area, Reussdale was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register in 1999. The site has a rich history, originally inhabited by the Wangal clan of Aborigines, and has evolved from a residential estate to an industrial area and now a vibrant community. Visitors can explore its architectural significance and the surrounding area's transformation over the centuries.
