Gibbon Village Hall
By Seeker
Gibbon Village Hall, built in 1895, is a historic government building located in Gibbon, Minnesota. Notable for its medieval-themed Romanesque Revival architecture, it features a two-story brick structure with a distinctive crenellated roofline and a prominent corner tower. Once the center of local government and community activities, the hall housed various civic functions including a fire station and jail. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1982 for its architectural significance. Although government services have since relocated, the hall remains a well-preserved example of its style, making it an interesting site for tourists and researchers alike.
