Concord Sky

Concord Sky is an ambitious mixed-use skyscraper currently under construction in Toronto, Ontario, set to become Canada's third-tallest building upon completion. Originally proposed as YSL Residences in 2017, the project has undergone significant changes, including a reduction in height from 343.9 m to 300 m, while adding community amenities. After a pause due to the COVID-19 pandemic and a change in developers, the project was rebranded and is now moving forward with presales.
