Thomas–Webster Estate

The Thomas–Webster Estate, located in Marshfield, Massachusetts, is a historic site associated with the prominent politician Daniel Webster. Spanning over 1,000 acres, the estate features a farmstead that Webster transformed into a productive agricultural hub after purchasing it in 1832. Although the original house was destroyed by fire in 1878, a new structure was built on its foundations. Visitors can explore the estate's unique landscape features and the relocated law office of Webster, now a National Historic Landmark. The estate, which served as a summer camp until 1998, is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is open for tours during the summer months.
