Komitas Chamber Music House

The Komitas Chamber Music House in Yerevan, Armenia, is a renowned concert hall that opened in October 1977. Designed by artist Stepan Kyurkchyan, its architecture resembles an Armenian three-nave basilica, creating a unique space where musicians and audiences interact seamlessly. The hall features a remarkable pipe organ with 4000 pipes, originally designed for Baroque music, and is one of the few of its kind in the former USSR. The exterior is adorned with traditional Armenian ornaments, and a beautiful pool with fountains enhances its ambiance. Additionally, a statue of the famous painter Ivan Aivazovsky stands nearby, adding to the cultural significance of this historic venue.
