Vanguard Building

The Vanguard Building, a historic site in Singapore, showcases stunning Edwardian architecture with its pedimented and arched windows, Baroque arches, and rusticated piers. Originally built in 1908 as the Methodist Publishing House, it has undergone several transformations, including a significant redevelopment in the 1990s that introduced a cafe and a music floor. Now leased to the Singapore Management University and known as SMU Labs, the building is a testament to Singapore's architectural heritage and offers a glimpse into the city's rich history.
