Khreshchatyk 26

Khreshchatyk 26 is a historic address in Kyiv, renowned as one of the most famous locations in Ukraine. Originally home to the central Post Office in 1849, it has served various significant roles, including housing the first telephone exchange and the National Bank of Ukraine. Surviving World War II, it became the site of the Kyiv Television and Radio Center, marking the beginning of regular television broadcasts in Ukraine. Today, it is known as the House of Ukrainian Radio, continuing its legacy in media while being a key landmark on the iconic Khreshchatyk Street.
