SeaGlass Carousel

SeaGlass Carousel is a fish-themed, illuminated carousel designed by WXY Architecture + Urban Design with sculptural elements by artist George Tsypin that opened in Battery Park in 2015. The installation features translucent, bioluminescent-like fish vehicles on a rotating platform intended to evoke an underwater experience and was built as part of Battery Park's public-space improvements. It operates as a paid public attraction near Manhattan's southern waterfront.
