Lumen (building)

Lumen is an impressive residential skyscraper located in Long Island City, Queens, New York City. Standing at 731 feet tall, it ranks as the fourth-tallest building in Queens and the fifth-tallest outside of Manhattan. Designed by Hill West Architects and developed by Carmel Partners, Lumen features a modern brick-clad podium with retail space and residential amenities. The 66-story tower will house 921 residential units within a total floor area of 838,000 square feet. Currently under construction, Lumen is expected to be completed by 2026, making it a notable addition to the New York City skyline.
