Gymnasium Beekvliet

Gymnasium Beekvliet is a historic Catholic independent grammar school located in Sint-Michielsgestel, Netherlands, with roots tracing back to 1815 when it was established as an episcopal seminary. The school has a rich history, having served as an internment camp during World War II, where notable Dutch political figures were detained. Today, it accommodates over 800 students and celebrated its 190th anniversary in 2005. The campus features modern facilities, having moved to a new building in 1978, while remnants of its historical significance are preserved, including a monument for those executed during the war.
