Llangattock Court

Llangattock Court is a historic country house located in Penpergwm, Monmouthshire, Wales, with origins dating back to the late medieval period (1490-1520). Originally a traditional hall-house, it underwent significant reconstruction in the 17th century for the Wroth family and again in the early 20th century. After falling into disrepair, the house was extensively restored between 1985 and 2000. Notable for its unplanned architecture, the building features a striking monumental fireplace from around 1600 and is recognized as a Grade II* listed structure, making it an intriguing site for both tourists and researchers interested in Welsh history and architecture.
