Charles Stewart Mott Foundation Building

The Charles Stewart Mott Foundation Building, the tallest structure in Flint, Michigan, is a 16-story Art Deco high-rise originally designed by Wirt C. Rowland and completed in 1930. Initially serving as the headquarters for the Union Industrial Bank, it features innovative materials like Nirosta stainless steel and black enamel-finished aluminum. The building is known for its geometric decorative motifs and a spacious banking lobby. Acquired by Charles Stewart Mott in 1944, it now houses the Mott Foundation and has appeared in films such as Semi-Pro.
