The Mob Museum (National Museum of Organized Crime and Law Enforcement)

Housed in the former U.S. Post Office and Courthouse, the Mob Museum opened in downtown Las Vegas to document the history of organized crime and law enforcement in the United States. The historic building was completed in 1933 and later served as the site for federal trials; the museum uses courtroom and exhibit spaces to present primary-source artifacts, documents, and oral histories. Exhibits include material specifically related to Las Vegas's development and ties to organized crime in the 20th century.
