Odd Fellows Hall (Hilliard, Ohio)

The Odd Fellows Hall, built in 1883, is one of Hilliard, Ohio's oldest non-residential buildings and a notable historic site. Originally part of a small farming community, this Italianate structure is one of only two surviving nineteenth-century brick commercial buildings in the city. Its distinctive architecture features a limestone foundation, a metal roof, and elegant brick and wood details. The hall houses two shop spaces on the first floor and a well-preserved meeting room for the Odd Fellows on the second floor, showcasing original elements like hoodmolds, wainscoting, and ornamental metalwork. Recognized for its architectural significance, it was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1988, alongside other historic buildings in Hilliard.
