The Hoham-Klinghammer-Weckerle House and Brewery Site in Plymouth, Indiana, is a historic landmark linked to three German families who settled in the area between 1844 and 1865. Established in 1857, the Plymouth Brewery was the first in the county and operated until 1888. The site features a unique Stick/Queen Anne style house, believed to have been constructed around 1880, which is the only remaining structure from the brewery. The property also includes brick vaults that were used for beer fermentation. The site gained notoriety during Prohibition for illegal gambling and liquor sales, and it was later transformed into the Pine Tree Inn, which faced significant legal challenges.
