Downtown Container Park (shipping-container retail and entertainment complex)

Downtown Container Park is an open-air retail and entertainment complex constructed largely from repurposed shipping containers and metal structures that opened in July 2013. It features independent shops, restaurants, a live-entertainment stage, and a multi-level children's playground called the Treehouse. The development was part of downtown Las Vegas revitalization efforts and is a distinctive example of adaptive reuse in the city.
