72-13, formerly known as the Bank of China No. 3 Warehouse, is a historic building located at the corner of Mohamed Sultan Road and Caseen Street in Singapore. This two-storey structure showcases unique architectural features, including rached entrances, timber windows with cross-work lattice panels, and decorative moulded plaster on the façade. Originally a rice warehouse built in the early 20th century, it has been repurposed to house The Curators Academy and Theatreworks, an arts organization that transformed the space into a vibrant venue for performances, workshops, and exhibitions. The building was conserved in 2014, preserving its cultural significance while adapting it for contemporary use.
