HemisFair Arena - Spurs' home (1973–1993)

HemisFair Arena served as the San Antonio Spurs' primary home venue after the franchise relocated to the city in 1973, hosting ABA and early NBA regular-season and playoff games through the 1992–93 season. The arena was a focal point of the Spurs' early team history and other sporting and entertainment events in downtown San Antonio. HemisFair Arena was later demolished and the site was redeveloped as part of broader downtown projects.
