Nutt–Trussell Building

The Nutt–Trussell Building, located at 202 North Main Street in Fordyce, Arkansas, is a historic commercial structure built in 1883, notable for being the first brick building in the town. Originally housing a dry goods shop, it later served as the Bank of Fordyce and hosted social club meetings, including local Masons, and the city's first telephone exchange. In 2000, it was donated to the city for use as a local history museum. The building was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1992, making it a significant site for both tourists and researchers interested in local history and architecture.
