Kennedy Center rooftop terrace

The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts features a publicly accessible rooftop terrace that overlooks the Potomac River, Georgetown, and parts of the Washington skyline. The terrace and outdoor spaces are reachable without purchasing performance tickets and are used for public events, receptions, and concerts at times. The rooftop provides an elevated, river-facing viewpoint that is less prominent on typical National Mall itineraries.
