Detroit–Windsor Tunnel (U.S. entrance)

The Detroit–Windsor Tunnel is an underwater vehicular tunnel that runs beneath the Detroit River, directly connecting downtown Detroit to Windsor, Ontario. The tunnel opened in 1930 and has a length of approximately 5,160 feet. It carries passenger vehicles and commercial traffic across the international border between the United States and Canada.
