Workmen's Compensation Board Building

The Workmen's Compensation Board Building, located at 90 Harbour Street in Toronto, was a notable five-storey office building that served as the Workers Compensation Board of Ontario from 1953 to 1973 and later as the Ontario Provincial Police Headquarters until the early 1990s. Designed by master architect George N. William, the building became a popular filming location for movies like Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle and Exit Wounds. Despite efforts to preserve its mid-20th century architectural significance, it was demolished in 2011 and replaced with a modern mixed-use development featuring a 37-storey office building and two residential towers. The site is conveniently located near key attractions such as the Toronto Harbour Commission Building and the Air Canada Centre.
