Elisabet Ney Museum (former studio)

The Elisabet Ney Museum occupies the former studio of sculptor Elisabet Ney and houses many of her neoclassical portrait sculptures, including likenesses of Sam Houston and Stephen F. Austin. The museum is maintained by the City of Austin and is open to the public for tours and exhibitions about Ney's life and work. The site is documented as a historic house museum and artistic landmark in Austin.
