John A. Fenno House

The John A. Fenno House, located at 171 Lowell Avenue in Newton, Massachusetts, is a historic Gothic Revival house built around 1854. This 2+1⁄2-story wood-frame structure features an L-shaped plan, steeply gabled roofs, and distinctive diamond windows. Originally constructed for John Fenno, who later became Newton's ninth mayor, the house was relocated to its current site in the 1880s. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986, making it a notable site for tourists and researchers interested in local history and architecture.
