Corban C. Farwell Homestead

The Corban C. Farwell Homestead, built in 1901, is a historic house located in Harrisville, New Hampshire. This architecturally eclectic structure showcases a blend of Greek Revival, Colonial Revival, and Queen Anne styles, making it a unique example of late 19th-century architecture. The house features a gabled roof, clapboard exterior, and distinctive scalloped wood shingles. Originally built by local farmer Corban Farwell, it served as a hub for supplying fresh produce to summer residents of the nearby Silver Lake resort community. The homestead was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1988, highlighting its historical significance and architectural charm, making it an interesting site for tourists and researchers alike.
