Helicon Tower

The Helicon Tower is a striking office skyscraper located in the Valle Oriente district of Monterrey, Mexico. Completed between 2009 and 2012, it reaches a height of 156.2 meters (512 feet) and features 33 floors, making it the 41st tallest building in Mexico and the 11th tallest in Monterrey. Designed by the architectural firm Vidal Arquitectos, the tower offers modern office spaces ranging from 200 to 600 square meters, along with amenities such as a Business Lounge, a Business Center, and ten fully equipped meeting rooms. A highlight for visitors is the kky lounge restaurant on the 35th floor, which boasts stunning views from its north and south terraces. The building's sleek glass facade is composed of insulated glass panels, adding to its contemporary aesthetic.
