Fort Worth Herd cattle drives (Stockyards)

The Fort Worth Herd conducts scheduled cattle drives along East Exchange Avenue in the Fort Worth Stockyards, commonly held at around 11:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily (times subject to change). Footage and photos of the Texas longhorns parading down Exchange Avenue are frequently shared on social media and repurposed in memes that reference cowboy and Texas culture. The cattle drives are run as a living-historical program by the Fort Worth Herd nonprofit organization.
