Zebulon Smith House

The Zebulon Smith House, located at 55 Summer Street in Bangor, Maine, is a historic Greek Revival house built in 1832. It is one of the oldest of its kind in the state and features a striking temple front supported by four Ionic columns. The house's architectural details include a pedimented gable with dentil moulding and a semi-oval fanlight window. Once home to a presumed prominent businessman, the house overlooks Bangor's historic waterfront and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974, making it a significant site for tourists and researchers interested in Maine's architectural heritage.
