Art Car Museum

The Art Car Museum, founded in 1998 by Ann and James Harithas, is dedicated to contemporary art with a particular emphasis on art cars and lowbrow art. The independent museum displays rotating exhibitions of customized vehicles and related contemporary artworks and hosts community events including during the annual Houston Art Car Parade. It is widely referenced as Houston's principal institution focused on the art car movement.
