Built around 1724, this charming 1.5-story frame dwelling features brick ends and a gable roof. Originally designed with a hall-parlor layout, it was later modified to a central-hall plan. While much of the interior woodwork was updated in the 1950s, some original elements, such as doors and framing, remain, adding to its historical significance. The property also includes a dairy, smokehouse, laundry, and a scenic terrace that offers stunning views of the James River.
