Home Tract, also known as Woodville, is a historic house located in Ivy, Albemarle County, Virginia. This charming property features a 2½-story hall-parlor-plan frame dwelling with a two-story brick addition, showcasing late Georgian and Greek Revival-style interiors. Visitors can also explore 'The Cottage,' a quaint one-story frame building with a Victorian front porch, along with a meathouse and wellhouse on the grounds. Home Tract was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1999, making it a notable site for history enthusiasts and tourists alike.
